Prior to joining Hillsdale Group, Mr. Sainju worked as the Director of Information Technology at British Maritime Technology Designers and Planners. Mr. Sainju's expertise includes energy economics/finance, energy intelligence, and energy security. Mr. Sainju has worked with government as well as number of private financial institutions. Mr. Sainju also brings over 15 years of Information Technology experience. Mr. Sainju is a member of the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. He also serves as an adjunct faculty (Computer Science) at George Mason University. Mr. Sainju holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Iowa Wesleyan College, and an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
Will has significant experience in business development, from opportunity identification and evaluation to project management including specifying capability requirements, building teams, selecting and managing partners and vendors and strategic marketing. Will is also Principal of Godfrey Companies, Inc., which offers consulting services to establish and grow investment funds and firms, as well as to restructure and wind-down funds. Will holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Chicago, and has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
Prior to his involvement in hydropower development, Mr. Limbu was actively involved in Nepalese politics. Mr. Limbu currently serves as the Chief Coordinator of the Federation of Energy Producers, Nepal and is a regular contributor in prominent journals and news media in the renewable energy related matters.
Mr. Saisi worked also with the United Nation Development Program (UNDP) in Nairobi Kenya as a Development specialist. He was seconded to the government of Kenya (Poverty Eradication Commission of Kenya (PEC)) to assist in the area of good governance for poverty eradication. He left UNDP to start his organization in Kenya called Community Development Services Center (CDSC) that specializes in capacity building, information dissemination, and income-generating activities. Mr. Saisi worked with senior faculty and Administrators of Oklahoma State University when he Co-founded CASD (Center for Africana Studies and Development). He has been honored twice by African Students Organization at Oklahoma State University for his outstanding commitment and service to International Diversity and African Affairs. He is a facilitator and trainer of participatory planning and sustainable development programs. Mr. Saisi holds a BA in Business Administration (Management) from Iowa Wesleyan College, Masters of Arts in Economics from Western Illinois University and Masters of Science in International Studies from Oklahoma State University. He is currently finishing his PhD in Agricultural Education, Communications and Leadership and adjunct Lecturer of Kiswahili at Oklahoma State University USA. |
